FAQ
- We travel everywhere with a suitcase containing our equipment.
- The nominal configuration is 2 teams of 7 staggered on a simulation room.
- It is also possible to work with a single team of 7.
- We can go up to 4 times 2 teams of 7 in parallel.
- Each group of 7 people must have 1 mentor, 1 mediator and 1 game master.
- For 14 people, the support is increased to 2 mentors (one per team), 1 mediator and 1 game master.
- You need rooms and a good WiFi network.
- 1 simulation room and 1 debriefing room per team of 7.
- A large enough room (20 seats) can accommodate both 1 simulation corner and 1 debriefing corner.
- 4 to 6 weeks' notice to set up a Mission One.
- The mission takes place over 2 days of around 8 hours each.
- The assignment is an educational tool that enables you to work on skills that will help your team perform better. In general, 2 preliminary meetings with the specifiers are necessary to refine and validate the proposal (included in the price).
- None whatsoever. No nausea or handling problems.
- We can bring in speakers (submarine commanders or business leaders who have implemented intention-based leadership).
- We offer you follow-up meetings and recommendations for relevant support for long-term deployment with selected partners.
